Camaquã reports two new deaths linked to Covid-19

Camaquã has confirmed two new deaths linked to Covid-19. A 58-year-old man and an 80-year-old man are the two new deaths reported by the Municipal Health Directorate.

So far, there have been 192 disease-related deaths in Camaquã.

The city of Camaquã remains without hospitalizations and has zeroed the number of assets with Covid-19. The information was carried in a new epidemiological bulletin, published by the municipal health service.

The number of assets remains at zero, showing a significant reduction in recent weeks. This Tuesday (25), only one case was confirmed, that of a patient who was already cured.

The city has 17,062 confirmed cases, including 16,870 patients cured of the disease.

Hospitalizations for Covid-19

This month, Camaquã put the number of hospitalizations at the Nossa Senhora Aparecida Hospital (HNSA) to zero.

Currently, the city has no patients in the HNSA Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or in clinical beds.

Vaccination continues

The Municipal Health Service of Camaquã has issued the 2nd booster dose or the 4th dose of vaccination for people aged 18 or over. For young people aged 18 and over, the 2nd booster dose or the 4th dose is available in all vaccination rooms in the municipality.

The application takes place from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The public can get vaccinated at the following locations: Secretariat of Health, Telmo Marder Post (opposite HNSA), Viégas Vaccination Center (Centro Social Urbano), UBS Washington Brose (Três Neighborhoods) and UBS Dr. Paulo Cardoso Dora (Carvalho Bastos).

It also follows the vaccination of children aged 3 and 4 for the 1st dose and adolescents aged 12 to 17 for doses 1, 2 and 3.

For children and adolescents, the application of the vaccine is carried out only in the vaccine room of the Ministry of Health. The vaccination room is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
